About Us

London Skills for Growth is a charity with skills at its very heart.

The Charity was established to directly respond to the growing number of young people leaving school without the necessary skills to enter the world of work. Our aim is to support young people and those furthest from education and employment on their journey to employment and we do this in a number of ways.

We deliver education and training programmes across a range of areas for young people from 16 upwards, all of our programmes include exposure to work through work experience, employer visits or employer seminars or through full employment (Apprenticeships).

We help young people to improve and enhance their understanding of what skills are required to progress their work aspirations in the current economy and most importantly to help them understand the behaviours employers expect when offering employment. We have presented a range of information about our organisation throughout this website and we hope you find what you require.

Whether you are a young person, adult, parent, guardian or employer if you wish to make contact to discuss any aspect of our offer, please use This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will respond to your information request.
